How to kill that Sunday night blues (or Monday blues, whatever you call it)


Got this very interesting video sharing on Facebook. A meaningful one.

1)Assess your career on Sunday night- if you're in the right career you won't feel dreadful to go to work

2)Plan the week ahead on Sunday night- get ready for the week, make everyday a day to look forward to

3)Schedule something fun on Monday- a friends get-together, a yoga class; something that makes you feel excited about

Even though I don't have many Mondays nowadays, I believe I can practise it everytime before I go to work too.
